We offer free shipping on all NZ orders over $500
Orders under $500 - $10.00
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 business hours on an express service. Please note, couriers do not pick up orders after 11am on Friday and over the weekend.
We are unable to send to P.O Boxes, please provide an alternative address.
Delivery Timeframe: 1-3 business days.
Once the parcel is with the courier, they may be subject to delays that are beyond our control.
In store click and collect available at checkout.
Shipping costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs at the destination country.
Australia - DHL Express (delivery approx. 3-5 business days after dispatch)
Orders under $1000: $35
Orders over $1000: Free
If items are returned the complimentary shipping fee of $35 will be deducted from the order to cover postage and handling costs.
Rest of World - DHL Express (delivery depending on location approx. 5-7 business days after dispatch)
Orders under $1000: $50.00
Orders over $1000: Free
If items are returned the complimentary shipping fee of $50 will be deducted from the order to cover postage and handling costs.
PLEASE NOTE | In accordance with New Zealand export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
Same Day Delivery
MUSE is pleased to offer same day delivery for suburbs in and around central Auckland.
To use this service, your order must be placed before 1pm on the day of delivery and will be delivered before 5pm.
PLEASE NOTE - Additional charges may apply depending on if location is outside CBD and surrounding area. We will contact you ASAP to take any additional payment if necessary.
Available Monday - Friday only. If you live outside Auckland Central, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to make same day delivery work for you.
PLEASE NOTE that while the MUSE team will do everything we can to deliver your order within the promised time, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes effect delivery.
Tracking & Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery, please include contact details (including phone number and email address) alongside your physical address.
We will email you a tracking number when we have printed a label for your package. Tracking updates will become available once it has been picked up by the courier.
Follow the links in the email to track your order.
Parcels must be signed for upon delivery.
If delivery cannot be made the driver will leave a collection card. To collect the parcel, the collection card must be presented with valid photo ID at the nominated courier branch.
If the parcel is not collected within 10 business days, it will be returned to MUSE and redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.
Please note that, depending on your country, there may be some delays in delivery at your end (i.e. customs clearance). You may also be asked to pay customs duties or taxes. These are unfortunately outside of our control and any extra costs will need to be covered by you.
