The Rita Dress by Erika Pena is an off the shoulder ruffled maxi dress. This dress is cut on the bias and consumes 12 meters of hand-dyed cotton voile fabric and takes 15 hours sewing time to create the voluminous effect of the cascading tiers.
With a shoulder-baring profile this whimsical aesthetic invites hints of summer romance rendered in a lightweight, loose fit for free-flowing movement.
